Registering for a Class or Membership


When registering, the system may ask you to retrieve a code from your email. This is to protect your account. If you are having trouble during this step, here is what to do:

- Make sure to keep the checkout browser tab open. Don't close this tab when opening your email app. Keep your checkout tab and email tab separate. Open a new tab if opening your email from an internet browser.

- Try registering from your desktop computer instead of your mobile phone. 

- If using your phone, open your email from the email app instead of opening it from the internet browser. 

If you already have an account, click the login button above and then navigate to Classes.

Opting-In To Receive Important Emails

If you are not opted-in to receive emails, you will miss important emails from your instructor about your class. It is very important that you are opted-in. 

Here’s how to do that:


2. Click on your profile in the top right hand corner. 

3. Navigate to Notifications

4. Scroll down to a section called Marketing.

5. Make sure that box is checked.

Upgrading to Annual Plan

You can easily upgrade to an annual membership plan at any time. (There is significant savings this way, and you get access a free Wall Calendar!)

1. Login and go to your Profile in the upper right hand corner of this page.

2. Click on Settings.

3.  Scroll down to Billing, and select Community.
